This Instructor's Philosophy

I believe in working often and long. That is what I have done since 1975. A persistent work ethic alone will put you above most martial artists.

I continue to learn through my instruction. I am constantly watching videos of Masters using different styles. I then take their knowledge and adapt it to my style.

I have found that the harder you work, the more humble you will become. This is one of the best gifts of martial arts.
